I work with individuals feeling stuck in the patterns of depression and anxiety. Maybe you find yourself in a place that you do not recognize; you look around and wonder how you ended up here. If you are ready to embark a journey of healing through self-discovery, I'd be honored to be your guide.
My approach stems from behavioral and cognitive therapy models tailored to your unique story. I believe our behaviors are internalized much earlier than we realize. Together, we will discover to understand your automatic thoughts and reactions to provide tools to help you build the life and self you aspire to be.
In our first session, we will explore your current challenges and how they're affecting you. From there, we will unpack your hsitory, exploring the roots of your behaviors.
