Hi, I’m Tara! I deeply enjoy working with neurodivergent folks, members of the LGBTQ2IA+ community, and individuals in recovery from substance misuse. My priority is to create a space where you can arrive as you are—without judgment—and feel truly respected and supported while we address your goals with actionable strategies. I see our work not as fixing something wrong, but as uncovering your strengths and what makes your life worth living.
My approach is strengths-based, mindfulness-centered, and deeply relational. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT with a warm, humanistic style that emphasizes connection, curiosity, and resilience. In our work together, I’ll invite you to notice your own wisdom and capacity for change.
