Overview

There are times when everyone may need to examine the life in which they are living. We can become so busy that we inadvertently focus on the negative experiences and not the positive. My underlying goal is to help clients realign their emotional compass while developing and growing a new perspective on the life they lead.

As a Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with youth and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. Through a blend of therapeutic approaches, I strive to remain client centered as we navigate thought patterns and personal ways of being.
