Overview
If you’re feeling stuck in patterns you’ve outgrown, especially in relationships, therapy can be a place where real change begins. My work is deeply relational and grounded in evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. I don’t believe in over-pathologizing life; often our struggles make sense in the context of what we’ve lived through. This work is collaborative, honest, and focused on meaningful, sustainable change.
I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist, and I’m intentional about fit. I enjoy working with people who are curious, reflective, and open to being challenged. I’ll support you along the way, and I’ll also push back when familiar stories or roles no longer serve you.
I work with teens and adults, individuals and couples, and LGBTQIA+ clients who feel stuck—and who are ready to do something different.. I’m especially drawn to work around codependency, enmeshment, relational patterns, spiritual or religious trauma, and balancing care for self with care for others.
