Overview

My ideal client is a person who's willing to do the work and shows up to their sessions with a half-baked thought in mind of where they want their mental wellbeing at. They could be facing mental health diagnoses or just need a non-biased sounding board to bounce their ideas off of. I want them to aspire to be their best versions.

I have expertise in ADHD, Addictions, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Generational Family Trauma Issues. I like to guide and inform clients that a lot of what they struggle with does not always manifest from their present day actions.

I understand that healing from trauma is not linear, and that emotional responses can sometimes feel overwhelming or confusing. That’s why my approach is centered on collaboration and patience, I am here to guide you down a healing path that feels safe and supportive.
