Overview

Empowerment is at the core of my work as a therapist. If you are experiencing significant distress or limiting your sense of agency, I believe—deeply—in your capacity to reclaim control over your life. In our work together, you remain in the driver’s seat. My role is to walk alongside you, offer perspective, challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you build the skills and insight needed to move forward with intention.

I’m a trauma therapist that works with adults (18+) experiencing concerns such as PTSD (complex); Trauma (Sexual, Death, Religious, etc); Grief and End of Life; Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity; HIV/AIDS; and Anxiety;

Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’ve done this work before, I view this as an opportunity to deepen self-understanding, strengthen personal agency, and improve overall quality of life.
