Hello to all. My work experience includes helping families, children, and adults with a variety of unexpected and unwanted twists along with common life challenges.

Some of which are adults seeking to become unstuck from their family of origin thinking - emotional and behavior patterns, trauma-inducing events; parenting struggles and grandparents having to parent again.

My goal is to honor and support you through the steps and stages of therapy towards your goals of change.

We can use a variety of approaches that increase mind-body awareness and functioning, greater balance in caring for self, family, and others; and a new or a renewed sense of purpose and satisfaction. It is possible to take off the coverings of shame, guilt, anxiousness, sadness, anger, and such.
