Overview

My ideal client could be coming for extra support during a life transition or could experiencing a crisis due to mental health concerns or environmental stressors. I imagine their reason for seeking help is self-love, a desire to live more authentically, and/or to reclaim their power.

I align with the strengths-based aspect of feminist therapy and believe I am here to lead the client on a guided self-exploration where they can learn to trust themselves. I believe there is strength and freedom found in recognizing and examining societal pressures and experiences of oppression and processing trauma.
