Overview

My ideal client is anyone that needs help navigating through life's difficulties, someone who is experiencing mental health illnesses, or just in need of someone to talk to outside of their normal circle.

I assist clients with how to approach their day. I guide them in meditation techniques and learning what being mindful is and the role it plays finding peace. I find that the majority of the clients I have helped whether younger or older needed trauma therapy. I also use cognitive behavioral and solution-based therapies as well.

Having someone to talk to outside of your circle, to help get through life's difficulties, mental health conditions or simply just learning how to approach difficult tasks in life is what I am here for. We all need this from time to time and I'm here for you.
