Overview

I work with children, teens, and adults moving through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, rage, neurodivergence, gender identity and sexual orientation, substance use/abuse/addiction, trauma, divorce, PTSD and crisis.

I've always been fascinated by people and their stories and experiences. With a social work degree and teaching masters I've worked as a wilderness field instructor with teens and spent the last 15 years working with children and families in the public school system in Portland, OR.
