Overview

I understand how the challenges of experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, domestic violence, relational problems and depression make it difficult to manage life. But I’m here to help.

I have dedicated 2.5 decades to providing compassionate mental health care. My training is grounded in evidence-based treatments for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Cognitive Behavioral issue, anxiety, Grief and Loss. These trainings have enabled me to continuously improve my therapeutic knowledge and skills as well as yield sustainable results.

It's my goal to provide quality mental health care based on evidence. I understand that help can seem daunting at first, but it doesn't matter what struggles you're facing, whether it's life struggles, trauma, depression, relationships, or anxiety, I'm here to support you. You will be heard, understood, and guided towards healing.
