Overview
Starting therapy is a brave decision, and I truly admire the courage it takes. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, or navigating life transitions—I offer a space to explore, heal, and grow. I am LGBTQ+ and identity-affirming, and culturally responsive, ensuring every client feels seen/valued.
I am a LMHC (WA), LPC (TX), and LMFT (TX). I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin. With experience in community mental health and private practice, I specialize in adolescents, adults, athletes, couples, and families.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered, blending CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, play therapy, and attachment-based approaches. My training includes Gottman Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (Level 1). If you believe we would work well together, I am excited to walk with you on your journey!
