Life is a lot right now—especially if you’re dealing with chronic illness, neurodivergence, identity, or just trying to meet impossible social expectations. It can feel like you’re stuck on hard mode. That’s where I come in.

I’m your therapist-sidekick, here to create a safe, affirming space where you can show up fully as yourself. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming, disability-informed, and LGBTQIA+-affirming lens, which means I respect your lived experience and adapt therapy to fit you—not the other way around.

I blend traditional therapy with geeky references and pop culture (yes, we can absolutely talk about your favorite shows, characters, or games if they help us get somewhere real). Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff to be effective.

Life might feel like a confusing maze—full of fatigue checkpoints, identity side quests, and sensory overload traps—but we’ll figure it out together. One small, meaningful step at a time, you can build the kind of life that actually fits you.
