Overview

I'm a trauma informed mental health therapist, utilizing solution focused and evidence based modalities. I practice under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Mindful Therapy Group, P.C. I'm also trained in EMDR (Eye Motion Desensitization and Reprocessing of memories) and NeurOptimal (R) Neurofeedback.

My approach is client-centered, strength based and collaborative problem solving. I teach easy to learn coping skills and activities to boost self awareness and self care in my clients. I believe that the brain can adapt to changes and self-regulate after damage. if you have the right tools and information to deal with it.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
