Overview
My ideal client is motivated to create change in their life, even if they are unsure where to start. They've often had to become resilient-perhaps out of necessity rather than choice-and are now ready to transform that survival into growth.
I use evidence-based practices—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based approaches—to address a range of concerns such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and complex grief.
I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support, and I don’t take that lightly. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported—where your story is met with compassion, not judgment. I bring honesty, authenticity, and a belief in your capacity to grow—even in the face of challenge.
I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
