With more than 15 years experience, my expertise combines CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build a life that feels more stable, fulfilling, and authentic. My work often focuses on anxiety, mood disorders, grief/loss, Borderline Personality Disorder, and life or performance stress.
