Life is a roller coaster full of issues that seem never ending. However, the best solutions comes from experience, lived experience and unity. Whatever one is facing our team can assist one through countless interventions and techniques. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.
I have about 15 years of professional experience and 20 years of lived experience going through trauma, incarcerations, addiction, abandonment and countless failure doing this alone. The 15 years of experience I have clean and used DBT, SI, HI, CBT with spirituality to overcome and cope with humility and acceptance leading the way
Having tears, leading to smiles and using several techniques MI, CBT, DBT and person-centered apporaches' I have overcame all odds using my higher power, unity and transparency.
