Overview
My work involves walking alongside individuals and families who have experienced trauma. I help them understand that while their journey may have included difficult chapters, these chapters do not determine the entire story. There is hope for healing, growth, and finding a deep sense of peace on the other side.
My training in various therapies, including CBT, CPT, DBT, TIR, LSR, EA, crisis schema, etc. provides us with a wide range of effective tools. This allows us to collaboratively develop a treatment plan that truly meets you where you are and can evolve as your needs change.
