Overview
Life can be stressful and mental health struggles can impair functioning and make life even more challenging. My goal is to help patients with struggling from depression to anxiety, from heartbreak to phobias, from self-esteem to lack of confidence and those who have suffered traumatic events and struggling to develop coping skills
I have experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings and a variety of mental health challenges. I have worked in outpatient, inpatient and private practice with patients struggling with anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD and suicidality.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, trusting relationship with my clients where they feel accepted and supported as we work together to improve their mental well-being and reach their goals.
