Overview

I specialize in substance use, porn addiction, non-substance addictions, complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. My foundation is anti-racist/oppression, sex positive, pro LGBTQ2S+, women, and immigrant. I use eclectic approaches — TF-CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Somatic, and Spiritually Infused Psychotherapy (SIP) — helping clients identify, navigate, and transform limiting thoughts/patterns and reclaim their true essence. As a Lakota person, this praxis guides me: 1) It's my job to ensure you don't need me anymore; we work with intention. 2) Co-dependency isn't the goal — not all medicine is sweet; we confront your shadow self, without rushing healing. 3) Healing isn't about guilt or shame; it's about responsibility, relationship, respect & reciprocity.
