Overview
I work with clients aged 18 and up who feel like misfits. I support humans living with feelings of guilt, shame, trauma, a lack of community, low self esteem, grief, and a desire to live more aligned with their most authentic selves.
I use warmth, empathy, and humor to co-create a space with clients to explore their identity and process the things that have caused them harm. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and believe that everyone deserves to live a life of healing and growth.
Navigating our current world can feel overwhelming. Seeking therapy can be a challenging and vulnerable decision. I appreciate and honor those who reach out for support in taking steps towards healing.
I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
