The client has issues dealing with his anxiety which eventually triggers his anger. He has had problems managing his anger when it comes to his anxiety about life stressors.
I have experience, schooling, and knowledge when it comes to anxiety, anger management, and person-centered therapy. I will be using journaling, breathing techniques, and self-exploration of his triggers.
