Overview

Your child or teen may be struggling with anxiety, depression, bullying, body image, or a family conflict just to name a few. They want to be heard and accepted; and acknowledged that their feelings and emotions are valid.

I have been working with children and teens for over 20 years. I understand the complexities they deal with each day. I have had the privilege of working with those who suffer with anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, high functioning autism, cognitive disability, eating disorders and many more diagnoses.

I would be honored to have the privilege of walking alongside your child as they go on this therapy journey. It can be scary for them since a lot of children and teens have never had counseling before. They will talk about issues that can be uncomfortable or embarrassing but we will laugh together and find hope in the yuck, to find encouragement
