Overview

I specialize in trauma related to sexual and domestic violence, as well as childhood and religious trauma. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself through a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship.

I offer trauma focused therapy using somatic and cognitive models. I respect that your experience is unique to you and use a variety of approaches including AEDP, IFS, NET, TF-CBT, MI, risk assessment, and safety planning. My practice grounded in attachment theory and anti-oppressive and feminist frameworks.

I am a mom, a dog mom, I love to cook and watch Studio Ghibli films. My style is warm, relational, and compassionate. In our work together, we’ll create space to gently explore, honoring the parts of you that have carried pain and help you move toward healing with curiosity and care.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
