Overview
Clients that typically work with me include people with anxiety, who may have been diagnosed with autism or ADHD or who have self diagnosed as being neurodivergent, people identified as LGBTQ+, those struggling with self esteem, unhelpful patterns that decrease happiness in day to day living, or who feel "different from everyone".
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in building creative, individualized, and sustainable coping skills and new ways of thinking. My style encourages safe, open, authentic expression because research has repeatedly shown the connection between client and therapist as paramount for effective therapy.
