I help clients who have trauma, anxiety or depression, or who have other mental health struggles. I also enjoy helping people on an identity quest, (LGBTQIA or other). I enjoy working with children & adults) & use tools specifically matched to each client. I enjoy clients who are into geek culture, art, and other hobbies

I am certified in ADHD, Trauma, & Play Therapy. I am working on EMDR certification. I use an eclectic approach with DBT, Art, Narrative, CBT, Play, Somatic and Polyvagal therapy.
