I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and EMDR Certified. I believe we all have the capacity to heal through the mind-body connection.

I developed a deep interest in trauma serving as an Army National Guard medic, witnessing the profound effects of war on soldiers, and I believe trauma is a human experience beyond combat, shaped by multi-generational impact, marginalization, and systemic inequalities—I'm here to partner with you in healing.

I have a caring, empathetic and heartfelt approach. I believe that we all inherently have value and deserve individualized care. I recognize the best in people and find purpose in supporting them to identify their strengths and learn to master their own nervous system.
