Overview

Challenges that align with what I am looking for include anything trauma related (including PTSD), anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and overall day to day functionality. Clients who recognize that they need or want a change, even though they may not know what they want that change to be.

My background in the military and first response helps me to provide trauma-informed care for individuals, couples and families. I implement Socio-Culturally Attuned Solution-Focused therapy and as well as Narrative Therapy as tool for discovering and implementing deeper concerns and long term change.

Drawing on my unique background in wilderness guiding, public service, and behavioral health, my goal first and foremost is to create a space free of judgment where you are safe to explore and be challenged.
