Do you struggle with anxiety? Living in the “what-if’s” regarding your health, relationships, or future? Do you use substances or behaviors in a way you know isn’t healthy or that is causing you problems? Does all-or-nothing thinking interfere with your enjoyment of life and relationships? If so, I'd love to meet you!
I combine warmth, kindness, and humor with practical tools using cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and existential approaches. Basically, I will help you notice and get curious about your thoughts, calm yourself down, and find a more satisfying way of living that works for you.
We all carry a lifetime of experiences and ways of being (or surviving) that have shaped who we are. Sometimes those are positives in our lives and sometimes past experiences have been hurtful or our ways of being don't serve us anymore.
