I offer individual therapy online to people ages 10 and up. I use an eclectic approach that incorporates person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also offer cognitive processing therapy to treat PTSD.
I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
