Overview

Are you tired of repeating old habits that no longer serve you? Do you feel down or depressed everyday or most of the days no matter what you do? Do you feel anxious all the time or almost everyday? Are there painful memories keeping you up at night or are you reliving those memories? Individual therapy may be worth considering.
I offer individual therapy online to people ages 10 and up. I use an eclectic approach that incorporates person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also offer cognitive processing therapy to treat PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).
