Overview
I understand that there are specific needs and challenges that are faced for those of us whom identify as part of marginalized communities and I strongly believe it takes courage and vulnerability to pursue therapy in efforts to improve your mental wellbeing and overall experience navigating life. You matter.
My practice is informed predominately by the Satir Model, although I often intertwine interventions from other various models as applicable (DBT, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.).
I am happy to accommodate many needs which can arise within the therapy space and encourage you to communicate them with me so we can work together to address them in an effective manner. I am always open to hearing feedback from my clients as well so that I can best serve those in my practice.
