Overview

My ideal client is facing life and challenges due to change and or the overall need for change in their lives in various places. The client's desire to change their current situation and thoughts of self drives them to seek help.

I work a lot with anxiety, depression, and OCD specifically. I believe that the time that I have spent immersed in these struggles with my client has guided my treatment approaches. My goal in each session is for the client to feel even 1% better than when they came in.

There is no pressure in my office to reach goals or "figure things out" in any particular time frame. Scheduling the first session is the first step and from there I will follow the client's lead and comfortability at all times from session 1 to discharge.
