Overview
After witnessing numerous veterans struggling to navigate their new normal after traumatic or moral injury events, I left my government career to focus on helping people navigate their post-trauma world. I am passionate about helping people navigate trauma, whether from childhood or adulthood. I work with clients who have experienced trauma as a first responder, military veteran, intimate partner violence, and also accidents or natural disaster. I am an Army Veteran and have witnessed firsthand the loss of identity following traumatic experiences and the isolation as the world continues spinning without consideration for your trauma.
In my talk therapy practice, I use trauma-focused therapies, including Brainspotting, CBT, MI and ACT to help clients feel safe to examine the existential questions that arise after traumatic or moral injury events.
