Overview

My ideal client would be someone who is willing to do all necessary work and take all necessary counsel offered by me. They will also be someone who is patient and aware of the time which therapy takes. They are struggling with anxiety and depression connected with trauma. They want to be able to go forward with their lives.

I am well knowledged with somatic coping skills to engage anxiety symptoms. I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing depression.

I believe that we can all benefit from mental health therapy at some point on our lives. We all experience events and issues which effect us in more severe ways than they may effect others. I have helped many clients who experience anxiety, depression, or anger and will be willing to address issues connected to trauma.
