Overview
Having worked in public education, I am able to work with people of diverse backgrounds with many individual factors affecting their mental health. The majority of my experience lies with children, teens, and young adults. I am open to working with anyone, regardless of demographics. All you need to bring is a desire to grow.
I have a background in developmental psychology spanning from babies in the womb through grieving loved ones. I have worked mostly with children in preK through 12th grade within the school setting. Further, as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am intimately aware of intersectional identities and navigating that world.
Together, we can take any concern you have and sit down, give it space to exist, and honor what it teaches us. We will strive for progress, not perfection. I am here to be a partner on your journey towards empowerment. I can't promise that any of this process will be easy. What I can promise is that you don't have to do this alone.
