Overview
I offer individual therapy for clients aged 15 and up, supporting individuals who are facing major life changes, end-of-life planning decisions, geriatric and aging-related concerns, weight loss and health-related challenges, caregiver stress, and child welfare involvement.
I have over a decade of experience working with clients who have history with the child welfare system as a child, parent, or caregiver. I also have experience with navigating life changes including career changes, divorce, moving, or loss.
