Overview

I believe healing happens when you’re able to show up fully without pressure to perform or shrink your story. I support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, often in the context of trauma, addiction and recovery, grief, identity exploration, and shifts in self-worth.

I’m especially passionate about working with people who have spent a long time feeling misunderstood, burdened by shame, or disconnected from their sense of self. I’m drawn to this work because I believe our experiences deserve to be met with compassion rather than judgment.

My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and integrative, meeting you where you are while honoring the complexity of your experiences. With openness and compassion, we work together to understand patterns, make meaning of what you’ve lived through, and reconnect with what feels grounding and true.
