My ideal client feels disconnected from themselves and may be navigating neurodivergence, identity exploration, or emotional regulation challenges. They seek therapy to better understand their inner world, feel safe in their skin, and reconnect with their authentic self and sense of purpose

I hold an MSW and completed my internship providing one-on-one therapy, grounding my work in a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship. With four years in psychometry and experience as an RBT, I integrate IFS, schema, Jungian, CBT, and DBT in a strengths-based, compassionate approach, with optional spirituality.
