Overview
My passion is supporting kids and families especially those navigating the neurodiversity support system. My clients seek help for neurodiversity support, social emotional and behavioral struggles, anxiety, depression, and life changes and events.
I also focus on adults managing anxiety and life transitions to meet their goals and improve coping skills with life's stressors.
I use a person-centered approach and techniques from evidenced-based disciplines including play therapy, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and neurodiversity affirming practices. Coaching clients to achieve their goals, I offer support, strategies, and partnership each step of the way.
Everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. With a little extra support, a sounding board, and someone to provide suggestions to help us move forward as your clinician, I will provide this support for you and your family as you move forward.
