Overview

I work with adults, including BIPOC clients, veterans, service members, and young adults who are carrying more than they let on. On the outside, they’re showing up and doing what’s expected. But inside, they often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to keep going through life's most unexpected challenges. Many are navigating transitions, unspoken trauma, or cycles they’re ready to break. They’re not looking for quick fixes: they’re looking for real support, a space to exhale, and a therapist who truly gets it. That’s where I come in.

Therapy with me is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use person-centered and humanistic approaches to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk openly without fear of judgment. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest.
