I graduated from Seattle University in 2025 with a Masters in Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; I have experience working at Seattle Children's Hospital's Psychiatric and Behavioral Medicine Unit, Harborview Hospital's Mental Health & Addiction Services Clinic, Sound Behavioral Health, and on several PTSD research studies.
My counseling approach pulls from modalities such as CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, DBT, and solutions-focused therapy. I aim to collaborate with you to identify challenges and concerns in your life, set goals in line with your values, and empower you to embody your authentic self. I look forward to working with you!
