Overview

I tend to work best with adults healing from past trauma, exploring relationship and attachment issues, or wanting counseling that includes their identities and lived experiences. If you’re looking for anti-racist, anti-oppressive, culturally responsive support, we’ll likely be a good fit.

I am a fully licensed counselor and counselor educator that uses evidence-based practices with a trauma informed and multicultural-relational lens. I also use narrative, somatic, play, and expressive art interventions in my sessions with clients.
