I specialize in treating addictive behaviors including substance abuse, problem gambling, infidelity and compulsive pornography use. I work with men challenged with the psychological effects of erectile dysfunction. I also work with individuals and couples experiencing relational trauma, infidelity repair and parenting transitions.
I have a history of treating individuals with a dual diagnosis and use evidence based treatment modalities for both addiction and mental health disorders. My approach is strengths based, client centered and utilizes a combination of CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, sex therapy approaches and the Gottman method for couples.
I understand that rarely is there a perfect time to make a big transformation.
