Overview
My ideal client feels overwhelmed or stuck beneath a high-functioning exterior, or arrives needing support with emotional stabilization. They’re open to deeper experiential work. No art experience needed, just a willingness to explore, express, and build more effective ways of coping.
Using art therapy, DBT skills, and trauma-informed support, I help clients move from overwhelm toward regulation and clarity. Sessions may include grounding tools, skills coaching, or unstructured art-making—always tailored to the client in front of me
