I’m a Therapist supporting adults navigating neurodiversity in themselves, their partner, child, family, friends or workplace. If you’re struggling with communication, validation, appreciation, or social-emotional skills, we’ll build practical tools to improve connection and quality of life for all ages and abilities.
Since the 1990s, I’ve supported exceptional and gifted individuals using a strengths-based approach. I help clients build communication, regulation, and relationship skills through recreation, engaging activities, structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement, improving daily life at home, school, and work.
