If you are struggling with high amounts of stress or aren't excited about life anymore, then therapy may help you. I practice under supervision of a licensed clinical social worker as a part of Mindful Therapy Group, P.C. You can rest assured that I am bringing my best self to your sessions.

I believe connection and understanding are what makes therapy work for us. I work with people who are dealing with these things and have for years. Depression, Stress and anxiety, burnout, grief, and life changes are all within my working experience.
