Carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief can make it hard to be present and experience the joy that life has to offer. My goal is to help you connect with your feelings and body while building emotional resilience and creating space for growth and lasting change. I also provide faith based counseling
I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and post abortion stress, while also helping people to navigate life transitions. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, my experience as a nurse gives me a unique perspective when working with medical professionals.
