I specialize in major life changes (marriage, growing family, divorce, death, career change, illness, caregiver stress, etc.) as well as trauma. All these things can cause you to no longer want to do the things you used to love, things that bring you joy. You feel like you to barely recognize yourself anymore.
I utilize EMDR along with solution-oriented and cognitive behavioral approaches. I look at all aspects of your life; mind, body, environment, and spirit. What we believe about ourselves and the world around us totally affects our behavior and our feelings. I can help you become the person you were before “stuff” happened.
