My approach is gentle and down to earth. I am a trauma-informed and solution-focused Counselor. I like to draw from an array of approaches such as CBT, and other experiential therapies as well as modalities such as mindfulness. My approach is not a one size fits all; we will work together to create a unique journey tailored to you.
