If you are struggling through the day, feeling low on joy and purpose, there is help available. I see patients 18 yrs+, with a special focus on the perinatal period and among the LGBTQIA+ community. I care for patients with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma and many other mental health struggles.

My approach is to work together as partners in your wellbeing. I believe in patient empowerment and see my role as a guide offering the most effective tools and support individualized to your needs. I also believe in holistic care. I offer therapy, lifestyle support, guidance on supplements, and medication management.
